7. Do I need to know anything about websites or tech?
Not at all. We handle everything for you — from setup to launch — and make the process as simple and stress-free as possible so you can focus on your business.

We can use your existing domain or help transfer it. We can also rebuild or replace an outdated site.
10. Can non-Australian businesses apply?

We start with a professional (up to) 5 page website. You can add more pages as needed.

We’ll work with your existing branding. Logo design is not included, but we can refer you to a designer if needed.

Yes. We include email services with up to 20 email addresses as part of your hosting package.

7. What kind of support do you offer?
We offer responsive email support for updates, technical issues, and general queries. Our typical response time is within 3–4 hours during business hours.

9. Can I request changes after the site goes live?
Yes. Most website updates and maintenance fall under our maintenance package, which usually incurs a minimal fee. You can also choose to manage and update the website yourself if you prefer.

Online shops and full e-commerce functionality are not included in the free website offer.
E-commerce websites require additional setup, product configuration, payment gateways, shipping rules, and ongoing management — which makes them more complex than a standard business website.

$39 per month — this includes hosting, support, email, and ongoing maintenance.

Our offer includes hosting on our managed platform. Custom arrangements are possible, but will void the free setup.
4. Is support included in the monthly fee?
Ongoing website updates are not included in the base hosting fee. These fall under our website maintenance package or can be self-managed if you prefer to make changes directly.
5. What happens if the website goes offline?
We monitor uptime and address issues immediately — most problems are resolved quickly.

You own 100% of your website, content, and domain. We do not retain any ownership. The full 12-month hosting fee must be paid before transferring services.

Yes. You have full access to your website and can make edits yourself at any time.
3. Do I get copies of all content and images?
Yes. You retain full ownership of all website content and imagery. You may migrate the site elsewhere at any time after the 12 month minimum hosting term is completed.
4. Can I use my own developer later on?
Yes. You’re welcome to use your own developer within our hosting environment. We do not restrict access or ownership.
